SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
We ship Internationally to select countries.
Please allow a few business days for our warehouse to process your shipment (excludes weekends and holidays). A tracking number will be sent to you once your order leaves our warehouse. We not responsible for any delays due to carrier constraints.
International Shipping (Non-EU)
We ship Internationally to select countries
All customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding the duty fee for your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, which includes returns, unclaimed or refused packages and/or failure to pay duty fees upon delivery.
If the customer refuses or does not claim the package, Sophie Habsburg Srl. will contact the customer via email on file to issue store credit in the form of an e-gift card minus the original shipping charges.
Sophie Habsburg Srl. is unable to return packages if the following reasons occur:
Failure to pay duty fees
MISSING, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Shipments that have arrived at a processing facility (DHL) and/or shipments that have been marked delivered and are missing, lost, or stolen are the sole responsibility of DHL Express. We will not be obligated to handle such issues.

You have 30 days to return an order after receiving it. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Returns Non EU
For customers outside of the EU the return shipping cost is paid by the customer. Always register your return with our customer support at email@example.com before sending items back. Please provide us with the order number and the item that you wish to return.
If returned items are shipped internationally, clearly mark the package RETURNED GOODS to avoid any customs charges. Always make sure that the products are in the same condition as when you got them. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
It is the responsibility of the customer that the return reaches our warehouse so we highly recommend sending it with transportation which offers tracking. Returns to pick up point is not accepted. Make sure it is delivered to the warehouse address.
